CHARLIE CARPENTER
Founder, Attorney
Charlie Carpenter is the founder of Forward Law. He is a native of Greenville, South Carolina and works with clients in both South Carolina and North Carolina in the areas of taxation, estate planning, trust administration, business law, and real estate.
Charlie holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law — one of the leading tax LL.M. programs in the country — along with an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a J.D. from the Charlotte School of Law. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina, where he played football for the Gamecocks from 2002–2006. Prior to his legal career, Charlie served as an Officer in the United States Navy. Charlie is admitted to practice in South Carolina and North Carolina.
